There are two ways to access the charger
1 – Swipe your charging card
(if you have been provided one)
2 – Use the charging app
If you already have the app
- Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and download the latest version
- Log in via SSO
If you don’t have the app
- Download the VEV-IQ mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Once downloaded, add the company using the following details
- Subdomain: stagecoach
- Name: Stagecoach
- Log in using SSO
How to charge with your charging card
Start
Connect the charging cable to your vehicle.
Tap your charge card against the card reader.
Stop
Tap your charge card against the card reader.
Disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle.
How to charge with the app
Locate the charger on the app
Locate the charger on the map, or search for the charge point ID.
Start
Connect the charging cable to your vehicle.
Start the charge session from the app.
Monitor
Check on your in-progress session to view details, such as energy consumed or price.
Stop
Stop the session from the mobile app.
Disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle.

Charging Stations are found via the app in the map view or list view. Then from the charger page, you can either copy the address or get directions to navigate there.
