Bus Fleet Electrification with State-of-the-Art EV Depot and Reduced Vehicle TCO

• A 15-year fully financed commercial structure to de-risk upfront investment

The programme combined depot design, charging infrastructure and operational delivery into one coordinated system. Charging throughput, power capacity and fleet scheduling were engineered together to ensure reliability from day one.
